The ABC (Auto, Boat, Campervan) MFB module measuring only 10 by 5 cm was designed with mobility in mind. The ideal candidate to power small 2 way systems for domestic, mobile and professional use. Analog signal processing combined with state of the art class D amplification in a high density package. High quality double sided printed circuit board, equipped with quality components and handcrafted in Amsterdam.

Please note the BH2D is not available as bare PCB or kit. The board design files have been made open source to allow 3rd parties to order copies directly through a PCB shop of your own choice.

  • Adaptive Subsonic Pass Filter using THAT4315 Blackmer (DBX) Gain Cell
  • Dual 12dB Correction Logic for Piratelogic MFB sensor
  • Small Footprint : 5x5x3 cm

The 2BMH module sports a 3 way xover combined with a double mfb channel to allow use of 2 individually corected MFB woofers such as being used in d'Appolito setups.

The xover follows a third-order 18dB / octave SallenKey setup and includes the same Adaptive Subsonic Filter technology as found in the ABC module.

The module has been designed for use with existing active speakers that are modified with an MFB woofer and as such includes an onboard stabilizer for use with a single supply between 12 and 24V and contains no power amplification.

The 2013.01.01 pcb contains an SMD based copy of the Philips 22AH587 motional feedback loudspeaker. The original discrete power amplifiers have been replaced with LM3886 chip amps including a provision for an additional low note amplifier to allow the use of 8 ohm drivers in bridge mode.
